Product Launch Event Production That Makes the Reveal Land
Product launch event production is the discipline of building a live event around a single reveal moment: engineering the scenic, video, lighting, and sound so the audience doesn't just hear about a product, they feel it. Done right, it's the difference between a flat announcement and a moment people share.

Rigging and motors to place video, lighting, and scenic elements exactly where the sightlines need themWe've spent 30+ years building those moments. As your corporate event production partner, we plan and execute audio, video, lighting, scenic, and creative under one roof, a single accountable team working from first conversation to final load-out. A launch has one job: land the reveal. Our model exists so nothing about that reveal is left to chance.
Building the Reveal Moment
Every product reveal is crafted around a single, unforgettable moment—the instant your audience first lays eyes on what’s new. Everything leading up to that point is careful preparation; everything that follows is pure reaction. It’s exceptional AV and production that set the stage and ensure that pivotal moment truly lands.
That starts with scenic and custom builds that frame the reveal and hide it until the exact right moment. Our scenic design and fabrication are handled in-house, meaning the reveal mechanism—whether it's a flying wall, rotating turntable, or automated drop—is engineered by the very same team producing your event. Nothing is outsourced or left to chance; the people who design the magic are the ones bringing it to life on show day.
Around the scenic, we layer the tools that give the moment scale:
- LED walls and IMAG ensure your product is showcased with equal clarity to every guest, from the front row to the very back of the room.
- Stage lighting and atmospheric design timed to the reveal beat: the shift in color, haze, and intensity that tells the room this is the moment
- Audio built on clean PA and reliable RF coordination, so the presenter's line and the music cue land together
- Rigging and motors to place video, lighting, and scenic elements exactly where the sightlines need them
When AV and production are planned and executed as a unified team, every element comes together in a single, perfectly timed cue. For a product reveal, there’s no room for error—so we approach launch production as precise choreography, not just equipment setup.
Telling the Brand Story Around the Product
A product doesn't reveal itself. The story around it does the work, and that story is carried by 3D Pre-Visualization and our creative services long before the doors open.
Our creative team designs the motion graphics, event branding, and immersive content that frame the reveal—creating a visual journey that guides the audience to the big moment, builds a captivating brand environment around the product, and delivers an after-film that keeps people talking long after the event ends. This is the same craft behind a strong general session production or leadership summit production, pointed at a single outcome, making one product unforgettable.
The differentiator is 3D Pre-Viz. Before anything is built, we render the room, the screens, the scenic, and the reveal in 3D, you see it before it's built. For a launch, that's not a nice-to-have. It lets us rehearse the reveal timing in a model, catch a sightline problem or a mistimed cue on a screen instead of on a truck, and walk into load-in with the show already proven. When the beat only happens once, rehearsing it in advance is the whole game.
Broadcast Quality and Experiential Reach
Modern launches rarely stay in the room. They stream, they invite press, and they get cut into content that lives for months. We build for that from the start.
For launches that broadcast or host media, we produce to a quality the cameras respect:
- Front-of-house and back-of-house coordination so the live room and the stream are managed as one show
- IMAG and clean program feeds that give broadcast and press usable images, not screen-grabs
- A showcaller / stage manager calling every cue, so the reveal hits the same on the stream as it does in the room
- Lighting built for camera, not just for the eye, so the product looks as good on a phone screen as it does on stage
Beyond the main stage, experiential elements such as demo environments, education theaters, breakout sessions, and hands-on zones let attendees get close to the product after the reveal. The launch creates an unforgettable moment, while the experiential design invites people to step inside and truly experience it.
Full-Scale Launches, Anywhere
A launch might be one reveal in one ballroom or a multi-city tour of the same show. Either way, you get one team accountable for all of it.
Our crew is in-house W-2 technicians and stage managers plus vetted freelance, not subcontractors. That matters most on a launch, where the people rehearsing the reveal in Pre-Viz are the people calling it on show day. For national and multi-city launches, a traveling core crew carries the show's standard from city to city, supported by vetted local labor for load-in / load-out, rigging, and full conference production. The reveal delivers a consistent impact in every market because the same dedicated team brings it to life each time.
Proof point: We've been the preferred on-site production partner at Huntington Place in Detroit since October 2014. Our flagship engagement is the Detroit Auto Show, produced for the Detroit Auto Dealers Association: a 12-day run drawing 275,000 attendees, and already rebooked for 2027. If there's a discipline that lives and dies on the product reveal, it's an automotive unveiling: a vehicle hidden, framed, and revealed to a room and the press at once. That's the exact muscle a product launch demands, and we've built it at the largest scale there is. We've brought the same standard to venues like The Greenbrier, Resorts World Las Vegas, Walt Disney World Swan, Gaylord Opryland, and Fontainebleau.
