OneSource
One team plans and runs every part of your production, from audio through scenic build.
OneSource is Premier's integrated production model. Audio, video, lighting, scenic, and creative plan in the same room on the same schedule, so decisions that touch more than one discipline get settled before your event instead of during it. One Premier team carries the plan from the first call through final load-out, at venues in more than 35 states.

The audio crew and the scenic crew meet for the first time on your show floor, four hours before doors open.
When production is divided among separate vendors, coordination and problem-solving fall back on you. Each company approaches your event from their own perspective, often meeting for the first time on show site. That’s how you end up with set pieces blocking speaker coverage, lighting vendors adjusting fixtures last minute, and valuable time lost as crews wait for crucial details to fall into place.
The real cost shows up late: every dollar saved at the bidding stage often turns into two or three times that amount during load-in, thanks to change orders, overtime, rush fees, and on-the-fly rigging adjustments—all at premium rates.
With OneSource, every element—audio, video, lighting, scenic, creative, and convention production—is handled by a single Premier team. All disciplines sign off on a unified production plan before anything goes out the door. This integrated approach is the foundation of our corporate event production, from general sessions and sales kickoffs to breakouts and product launches.
It’s not just about who’s on the team—it’s how everything comes together.
Three things that change when every discipline is planned and executed by the same team.
01 — Experience Your Show in 3D Before It’s Built.
Before any equipment is staged or scenic elements are fabricated, you’ll see your entire production rendered in 3D—stage, screens, lighting, and scenic design fully integrated within your actual venue. 3D Pre-Visualization lets you make adjustments early, when changes are easy and cost nothing—saving you valuable time and resources once load-in begins.
02 — One Point of Contact for Your Entire Show.
With traditional split-vendor production, planners juggle calls and questions from multiple teams—audio, scenic, lighting, and staging. With OneSource, every element runs through a single point of contact. All your questions and changes go to one person, and on show day, accountability is clear and streamlined.
03 — Decisions Made as One Team.
Screen placement impacts audio coverage. Scenic builds influence lighting angles. Staging layouts determine sightlines. These are interconnected choices—not separate ones—which is why, with OneSource, every discipline collaborates from the start. All key decisions are made together in advance, ensuring a seamless production long before load-in begins.
Six Disciplines, One Integrated Production Plan
A single team handles every detail—and catches what others might miss—because they oversee the entire show, start to finish.
- Audio Production: PA systems, line arrays, delay towers, wireless microphones, monitor mixes, and RF management—all expertly coordinated. In a packed event space, RF complexity adds up quickly: ten transmitters generate hundreds of intermod products, fifty create thousands. That’s why we coordinate frequencies in software first, then rigorously test and fine-tune them in the actual room before your audience arrives. → Audio Services
- Video Production: LED walls, projection, IMAG, and 4K multi-camera capture—each display specified to audience viewing distance, not just budget. For keynotes, we recommend a 2.9–3.9mm pixel pitch; for close-up booth demos, 1.5–2.5mm ensures crisp visuals even from three feet away. → Video Services
- Lighting Design: From stage wash and intelligent fixtures to gobo projection and architectural accents, our lighting is developed in tandem with the scenic plan. Fixture angles, key light, washes, and backlight are layered for optimal effect, with final designs locked four to six weeks before showtime. → Lighting Services
- Scenic Design: Custom scenic builds, staging platforms, risers, pipe and drape, and branded structures—all designed in direct coordination with AV. Every technical element has a designated place, ensuring seamless integration and flawless execution. → Scenic Services
- Creative Services: Motion graphics, event branding, content creation, and 3D pre-visualization. Our models are finalized about six weeks ahead of load-in, allowing us to catch and resolve sightline issues, scenic fit challenges, and rigging questions before they become problems on site. → Creative Services
- Convention Production: As the preferred AV partner at Huntington Place since October 2014, we maintain on-site inventory and know the rigging and power specs by heart—right down to bay and floor section. Our team is built to support 10, 20, or even 30 concurrent sessions with ease. → Convention Services
Connected Decisions Require Connected Teams
Every technical choice in live production is linked—speaker coverage depends on screen placement, monitor throw is influenced by stage depth, and any change to the scenic environment impacts the lighting plan, since both affect sightlines. When these interdependencies are discovered on site, fixes become costly. We’ve seen late-stage sightline issues force a last-minute LED wall move, resulting in five-figure labor costs and delays. But when caught in a 3D model six weeks out, the same adjustment is just a quick revision. That’s why planning all disciplines together isn’t just best practice—it’s our standard. At Premier, you get one integrated team, not a patchwork of vendors for you to coordinate.
For over 30 years, Premier Creative Group has delivered more than 5,000 live events across 35 states and has served as the preferred AV partner at Detroit’s Huntington Place since October 2014. OneSource is simply the name for the way we’ve always operated—bringing every aspect of production together under one unified plan.
