We’ve made it easy for exhibitors to manage their event needs in one place. Through your portal, you can register your account, connect to your specific convention, and browse available rental items tailored to your event. Just follow the steps below to get set up and ready to go.
Utilizing the exhibitor support portal
Premier offers AV equipment rental and setup for exhibitors at Huntington Place Detroit. To get started, create an account or sign in to view available rentals for your specific convention. Once your order is placed, we’ll coordinate delivery directly to your booth. Please have your booth number and on-site contact information ready to ensure a smooth setup.

Click “Register for an Account” to get started. After sign-up, check your email to activate your account and access the “My Account” page.
Choose Your Convention
After logging in, select the convention your organization is part of. Use the “Select Your Convention” button if not redirected automatically.
Browse available rentals
Once linked to a convention, you’ll unlock access to that event’s specific rental catalog. Steps 1 and 2 must be completed first.
